One thing most educators can agree on would be that we wish we could multiply ourselves to provide more small group and 1:1 instruction to students with specific skill needs. One great way to accomplish this is through a well trained peer tutoring team. Anna Durfee built a successful tutoring center at Compass Academy that has been helping students for five years. Through tech resources like a scheduling program and collaborative documents we can share the tips and tricks discovered through trial and error.

Anna works with a team of facilitators to integrate reading and writing into multiple content areas. Her extensive experience as a teacher, tutor, and team lead has helped build the tutoring training program.
