Successful STEM activities, whether in the classroom or the workplace, require working together in a team environment.A constant challenge in the STEM setting is getting people to work together cohesively toward a common goal.Because working together can result in a test of wills, resolution can vary.

This team of two middle school engineering teachers will offer ideas and solutions to the day-to-day encounters in the STEM setting.Whether a one-day goal or a long-term project, focusing on team outcomes requires consistent reminders and team building activities. These ideas can work at all grade levels and beyond.
