Account provisioning can be a time-consuming process and can be a nightmare to maintain.How are you performing this task for students and staff?Powershell scripts?Manual entry? Spreadsheets?What constitutes your source system? SIS? ERP? Phone call from a principal or from Karen in HR? A pile of folders on the engineer’s desk?

Do you have an automated way to manage users who transfer, enroll, or leave the district?Does your solution adjust OUs, security groups, and roles based on the attributes from your source systems once they are modified?

Perhaps you have a “black box” solution written in Java or XML that requires you to contract with them in order to make schema changes. Wouldn’t be nice to have a self-service solution using a GUI interface that allows you visually create your mappings, set usernames and passwords, assign OUs and security groups, preview the results, and automatically synchronize your directories?
