Michele has a bachelors degree in K-12 Physical Education, however, when challenged with creating curriculum for a Web Design class she sought out information from social media and researched non-stop to create a semester long curriculum. By using Nampa's Personalized Learning H.A.C.K. model of innovative instruction what she ended up doing was figuring out how to turn a traditional classroom into a flipped classroom.
