Rachel is the Chief Information Officer for the High Desert Education Service District in Central Oregon. She supports a regional technology ecosystem that includes network services, information services, digital learning spaces, digital workspace modernization, information security, and more. Rachel and her team work daily to improve the security, access, and mobility of technology resources in classrooms, schools, and offices throughout the region. She holds a B.A. in History from Indiana University and an M.S. in Information Science and Management from Syracuse University.
