Currently, as Chief Academic Officer at ClassLink, George has worked with hundreds of school districts to remove barriers to students and teachers in accessing digital resources. As the founder of the OneRoster© standard with IMS Global, interoperability has long been a passionate pursuit. To that end, he has presented at numerous state and national conferences, including IETA, COSN, Council of Great City Schools, RTM, ERDI, FETC, Wisconsin Brainstorm, ASCD, and and IMS Global to name a few. Prior to working at ClassLink, George served as Director, Instructional Technology and Library Media at Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) in Florida, capping off a distinguished forty-year career as teacher, administrator, and technology leader. During his time working in schools, Perreault guided OCPS through increasingly sophisticated use of technology in the classroom and across the district.
