Todd Lawrence is the State E-Rate Coordinator for the Idaho State Department of Education located in state capital of Boise, Idaho. His main focus is working with schools and districts in Idaho with the E-Rate process to educate and support them on strategies for procuring both category 1 and 2 services as their needs demand. His mission is to ensure all school districts receive the support, training, and guidance they need while following all E-Rate program rules and the state of Idaho laws.

Todd is currently an active member of the SETDA Board of Directors and recently served as the board chairmen. In addition, Todd is an active member of the State E-Rate Coordinators Alliance (SECA), a national leading group that pursue positive changes in the E-Rate program that is in the best interest of the applicant.

After spending more than 15 years in the technology industry with Micron and HP, he decided to make a change and fulfill a lifelong dream to become an elementary school teacher. After teaching for 2 years and earning his Master's degree in Education, he found his way back into the technology field. Now he is combining his passion for teaching and technology. He is making a positive difference for the students, teachers, and administrators of Idaho. Todd currently resides in Boise, ID.
